Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah

It feels like home! The location was perfect! I did not worry where to eat, where to shop because the hotel connected with the Pakuwon Mall! Many stores and restaurant! They serve Nusantara (local) taste for breakfast! That was really brilliant and awesome! Such a big plus for me The staff also helpful and friendly. The truly Asian Hospitality. The gym was clean and quiet, not too much equipment but enough to use. Outdoor Swimming Pool was perfect and clean! Room was clean and spacious! Nice bed and pillows.

During my recent business trip to Indonesia, I had the opportunity to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah for two nights. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. Firstly, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient, situated in the Pakuwon Indah area of Surabaya. It was close to several business establishments and shopping centers, which made it easy for me to navigate the area during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who provided efficient check-in service. The lobby area was spacious and well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary bath bomb provided for my bath tub experience on the first night was a thoughtful touch and added an extra level of relaxation to my evening. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi access, which allowed me to stay connected and productive during my stay. In terms of dining options, the hotel offered a selection of restaurants and bars serving a range of cuisines. I had the opportunity to sample some of the local dishes at the hotel's restaurant and I was impressed by the quality and variety of the menu.

Best service I have ever experienced. Visited Indonesia for 30 days and this has been my favorite location. Front desk does a great job. Special thanks to Rosul for quickly helping solve minor issues with our room. Highly recommend the breakfast, not just because of the taste but for the experience. My husband and I had booked Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah prior our nephew's wedding in Malang last weekend. We were greeted by the warm and friendly staff of the hotel and got an upgrade! For me, I was extremely impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene. Honestly, in Asia, difficult to come such standards that Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah had set! Kudos to the housekeeping team! The bed and pillows were very comfortable that my husband did not snore!!! We woke up the next morning to the amazing spread of breakfast. Being both Javanese and Minang lineage, I am very proud of my heritage and love my Indonesian food! The Rawon, Soto Madura and Rendang were comparable to my mom's!!! Not forgetting the service staff were constantly there to ensure we were never left unattended. We are definitely keen to make our return trip to Surabaya!
